Nexgym kids fitness classes are designed to with fun and fitness in mind. GET IN ON THE INTERACTION!
Karate (ages 5 and older) Our Karate program is a free-style blend of Martial arts, which incorporates aspects of "hard" and "soft" styles. Students will train their minds as well as their bodies, to grow strong and support the values of community and family. These values are reinforced through practice of our core beliefs: Humility, Integrity, Concentration, Respect and Perseverance.
Pre-K Yoga (ages 3-7)This is FUN Yoga. Children play yoga by imitating animals and nature, and by using creative expression, games, and storytelling.
Sports Agility (ages 5-14)This class pumps you up with speed, agility, strength, and cardio drills. A true fitness class with warm-up, cardio, strength, and stretch segments.
Boot Camp (ages 5-14)Come join the troops! You will love the challenge of circuit training, and basic fitness drills. You will learn weight training, cardio endurance, and more!
Strength and Conditioning (ages 7-14) This is a customized class, combining Mat Pilates, Yoga, body isolations, balance, core strength, and stretching.
Yoga (ages 7-14) Balance, core strength, and flexibility are the key components of this invigorating class.
Hip Hop (ages 5-14)We will do a jazz/ hip hop warm up, progressions, and create a routine so you’ll be ready to perform during half-time at the your favorite team's game.
Other ClassesWe will add and modify classes on a regular basis. Interested in fencing or wrestling? Let us know. Nexgym will grow with your kids and their needs. We are a one-stop fitness center. Note, classes may vary between locations.
